The hotel is conveniently located between Buffalo and Rochester, making it easy to access major roads like Thruway and Interstate 90. The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious for families, although some overlooked the parking lot. The staff, while friendly, had some incidents of rudeness. The dining options were good with a variety to choose from, but the breakfast room was under renovation during my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were beautiful, very up to date, and clean, but unfortunately, they really stunk of deodorizer and had a small, cramped feel. On the bright side, they couldn't be nicer if the TV was on a movable mount or something.
